Available when ordering new systems. We will Fedex or UPS overnight ship a replacement part for any failed hardware, and pay for return shipping of failed part. No need to worry about RMAs or factory warranties. We handle it all in-house and ship immediately. (Add extra day or two for weekend failures as overnight shipping is not available some days.)
