Rogers Software offers on-site services including installation, training and maintenance.

Our implementation team will manage your installation/upgrade/conversion project from start to finish. We can install a completely new system, or upgrade your existing hardware according to standard specifications. We offer worry-free service. We handle all software installation as well as provide on-site training, maintenance and upgrade services. We pride ourselves by employing capable staff with salon industry experience who can relate well to our end users.

Installation Services


  • We customize each install project to meet your needs. From a single site to multiple locations.  Its up to you!
  • We pride ourselves on clean organized installations, with an emphasis on smart hardware placement and cable routing.
  • We can also provide removal of old hardware, including packaging and shipping if required.
  • We can customize hardware and train you to configure SuperSalon software to meet your needs.
    • Enabling, disabling and configuring appropriate screens for your salon type.
    • Permissions and access controls.
    • Integrated credit card processing.
    • Setting tax rates.
    • Setting payroll periods to allow SuperSalon to figure Gross Payroll for you.

  • Our staff has a high level of experience with our software, often having used it in the field as customers.
  • We offer remote training and web demos for your office staff to utilize our I-Office centralized reporting.
  • We can train you to do-it yourself, as a cost savings measure.

Maintenance Services


  • We can contact each site prior to visit to establish a needs assessment.
  • We can clean out your computer to ensure cool operation (extends life considerably).
  • We can perform upgrades to existing hardware and update the Windows operating system, SuperSalon and related software.
  • We can readily identify any hardware failures and make on-site repairs if needed and possible.
  • We can recommend replacement of old or failing hardware.
  • We can clean up desk, clean up hardware and re-route cabling using zip-ties.
  • Troubleshoot Internet connection and network setup.
  • Work with your Internet service provider to get you up and running.

Cost of Using Our Team


  • Call us for a custom quote.
  • All travel expenses to be reimbursed at actual cost, we pass this expense to you with no additional charges added.
  • $595.00 per salon for hardware setup and staff training (up to one day) or $50 per hour for all other work.

SuperSalon Sales / Installation time frame

We generally keep 20 to 50 systems on hand, and can ship very quickly, including overnight delivery in emergencies. Existing customers who are familiar with SuperSalon can feel comfortable ordering two weeks in advance.

For new customers we recommend the following time frame:

  • 4 weeks: Consult with sales person to determine if SuperSalon meets your needs.
  • 3+ weeks: Process order. Discuss installation and training time frame, discuss entering or importing data and credit card processing needs. System will arrive in about a week.
  • 2 weeks: Create virtual store on I-Office / submit any data to be imported.
  • 1 week: POS training and I-Office training - Our staff can access your POS system and train your staff remotely.
  • Install and begin using SuperSalon!

*Note: Current data must be imported prior to using SuperSalon in your salon.

SuperSalon Software System Requirements

SuperSalon requires the following:


  • Microsoft Windows 7 Pro operating system
  • Minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600 for Version 3 or 1024 x 768 for Version 4 & higher
  • Intel Pentium or AMD Athlon XP class computer
  • 1 GB RAM or greater is preferred
  • 20 GB Hard Drive
  • High Speed Internet connection or a 56k hardware modem (not a software "winmodem")
