  • We start with your business goals; increasing new customer trial, retention, return rate, visit frequency, spending per visit, referral rates, decreasing operational costs and theft, etc, and we build tools to help accomplish these goals.

  • We have a goal of continuously improving our product, our support, our culture, and our competence. We know that the minute we stop improving we start failing. When we say we offer free upgrades, it means something. We have 10 developers dedicated to continually improving our product.

  • We respect our customers. We know they are often not computer experts, and we don't expect them to be. If they were they would not need us.

We have installed systems in the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and have worked with people from many cultures.
